The various stages of the quality control, will be as follows:

●Initial quality inspection of production:

The initial production quality control in China ensures the understanding of the specifications by the factory and anticipates the potential vulnerabilities in terms of means of production, materials, timing or management. We are carrying out pre-production testing; make sure that our customers get good quality furniture and materials. We will accord the specific requirements of customers, in order to ensure accurate and timely sample development and completion of the sample. By a strict quality control standards, the first finished products at this stage, we must confirm all the drawing, technical standard, material composition, etc., by the final sample inspection report.

●Quality inspection during production:

As for production, we will start from the beginning preparation inspection, quality inspection, security and Environmental-friendly of raw materials, moisture content, and other standard which we confirmed before. We will also urge all subsequent processes, such as machining, assembly, finishing and packaging, mean while, settle problems at any time, make sure controls the processes and production capacities, and makes sure that order is on the tracks both in quality and deadlines. Customers can view our weekly inspection reports and product updates, to understand the production schedule and product quality.

●Pre-packing quality inspection:

For finished products, we check 100% (no checks), to ensure good quality. Do not take any risk with your order before payment and shipment, a quality inspection in China at this stage of the production process guarantees you the compliance of your products with your specifications, before being dispatched by the factory. When 80% of the production is completed, we operates in the factory to control and test the finished products according to your specifications and the industrial standards required. That will be a QC inspection report for you confirm!

●Control of container loading:

This is the final step, guarantees that your packaged finished products meet your specifications (characteristics and quantities) and are packed and loaded safely.
